2. Daily maintenance: refers to the routine maintenance carried out according to the operation and management regulations of the pressure calibration table. The main projects include external cleaning, lubrication, fastening, and visual inspection of the instrument.

3. First level maintenance: This project involves entering the interior of the equipment from the outside (global cleaning, lubrication, and fastening). It mainly includes local disassembly inspection and adjustment of the pressure calibration table that can be disassembled for general maintenance (such as dismantling the shell), as well as power on trial operation or moisture removal of the entire pressure calibration table.

4. Second level maintenance: This project mainly refers to the internal maintenance of the pressure calibration table, which mainly includes the disassembly or non disassembly inspection and adjustment of the main components of general detachable instruments, replacement of vulnerable parts, and also includes the re counting and combination of all supporting components in the complete pressure calibration table, and replacement of vulnerable parts. In addition, it also includes precision inspection, calibration, and calibration of various pressure calibration tables that have been in use for more than three years. Keep the pressure calibration table in a clean, lubricated, safe, and usable technical state regularly.

5. Without affecting work, it is necessary to regularly maintain and upkeep the pressure calibration table under one's management. In addition to daily maintenance, a first level maintenance of the main instruments should be carried out once a month. For instruments with strict requirements for cleanliness, temperature, and humidity (including special drugs, animal and plant specimens, etc.), in addition to daily maintenance, the use and storage environment of these devices should be regularly inspected. Dust prevention, temperature regulation, dehumidification, corrosion prevention, insect prevention, shock resistance, etc. Before the end of each academic year, in conjunction with the inspection work of the pressure calibration table, various instruments and materials should be subjected to one level or maintenance in a focused manner.
