Seismic pressure gauge is a specially designed pressure measuring instrument, mainly composed of sealing gasket, diaphragm group, fork spring, transmission indicator mechanism, and housing. Its core components include sensitive elements (such as membrane boxes or corrugated tubes) used to sense pressure changes in the measured medium; Damping device, usually filled with silicone oil or other damping fluid inside the watch case, can effectively buffer the influence of external vibration and medium pulsation; There is also an indicator mechanism, which generally uses pointers and dials to display pressure values.
Widely used in multiple industries, in the petroleum industry, it can be used for pressure measurement in drilling, fracturing, and other processes. Its anti clogging feature makes it suitable for measuring high viscosity, high particle size, and easily solidified media such as mud; In the chemical industry, pressure during chemical reactions can be monitored and controlled; In the mechanical manufacturing industry, pressure detection is used for hydraulic and pneumatic systems of mechanical equipment; In the coal industry, it is suitable for pressure measurement of ventilation systems, drainage systems, etc. in mines; In the pharmaceutical industry, it can be used for pressure monitoring in the pharmaceutical process.
Precautions for using seismic pressure gauges:
1. Installation aspect: The instrument must be installed vertically, striving to be at the same level as the measuring point. If the difference is too high, it should be included in the additional error caused by the liquid column, which does not need to be considered when measuring gas. Block the explosion-proof port at the back of the watch case during installation to avoid affecting the explosion-proof performance.
2. Measurement range: Under static pressure, it should not exceed 3/4 of the measurement limit, and under fluctuation, it should not exceed 2/3 of the measurement limit. Under the above two pressure conditions, the measurement of the large pressure gauge should not be lower than 1/3 of the lower limit, and all vacuum parts should be used when measuring vacuum.
3. Operation process: If the instrument pointer malfunctions or the internal components become loose or cannot work properly during use, maintenance should be carried out or repaired by the manufacturer.
4. Daily maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain, including cleaning the dial, checking for loose connections, verifying indicator accuracy, etc. When not in use for a long time, the pressure gauge should be stored properly to avoid moisture and corrosion.
