The main projects include external cleaning, lubrication, fastening, and visual inspection of the instrument. First level maintenance: This project involves entering the interior of the equipment from the outside (global cleaning, lubrication, and fastening). It mainly includes local disassembly inspection and adjustment of the desktop pressure calibrator that can be disassembled for general maintenance (such as dismantling the shell), as well as power on trial operation or moisture removal of the entire desktop pressure calibrator. Secondary maintenance: This project mainly refers to the internal maintenance of portable pressure calibrators, which mainly includes dismantling or non dismantling inspection and adjustment of the main components of general detachable instruments, replacement of vulnerable parts, and re counting and combination of all supporting components in the complete set of pressure calibrators, as well as replacement of vulnerable parts. In addition, it also includes precision inspection, calibration, and calibration of various portable pressure calibrators that have been in use for more than three years. Keep the desktop pressure calibrator in a clean, lubricated, safe, and usable technical state. Before starting work, it is necessary to regularly maintain and upkeep the portable pressure calibrator under one's management. In addition to daily maintenance, a first level maintenance of the main instruments should be carried out once a month.

Although the instrument has seismic design, it should still be handled with great care, especially when used on site, to avoid falling or colliding.

Portable pressure calibratorRepair scope and requirements: The repair of pressure calibrators refers to the restoration (basic restoration) of damaged instruments and equipment caused by normal or uncommon factors (such as improper use, maintenance, human factors, etc.) to their original technical state. The repair work is generally undertaken by the experimenter, but due to different maintenance skills, any portable pressure calibrator that requires disassembly, replacement, or major repairs must be approved by the Materials Department. When a portable pressure calibrator is found to have a malfunction that is not within the scope of maintenance, it should be immediately stopped from use. After reporting to the laboratory manager or material department, the degree of malfunction and repair personnel shall be determined through review. The repairman shall fill out the "Instrument Repair Worker Card" before proceeding with the repair work. After the repair work is completed, report to the laboratory manager or material department. After being accepted and signed by the relevant personnel, the repair work is completed and the pressure calibrator is put into use.
