The construction and operation of this project can maximize the restriction of gradually settled enterprises setting up scattered coal-fired small boiler rooms, thereby reducing environmental pollution to the urban area, improving environmental hygiene, enhancing winter air quality, improving heating quality, and realizing the utilization of low-quality fuels and garbage.

The total length of the Shuangliang Thermal Heating Pipeline Network Project in Lanzhou New Area is approximatelyThe Gansu branch has undertaken the construction of two sections of the heating pipeline in the new area, namely Section I and Section V, with a total length of 2 × 17.9 kilometers. The main pipeline is mainly distributed on the main roads of Lanzhou New Area, including Jing 12th Road, Wei 6th Road, Wei 8th Road, and Wei 9th Road. The pipeline diameter is within the range of Φ 159 × 5 to Φ 1220 × 14, with a designed operating pressure of 1.6MPA. The supply water temperature reaches 130 ℃, and the return water temperature reaches 70 ℃. The excavation depth of the pipeline trench is 3.5-3.8 meters, with a width of 5.5 meters at the upper part and 3.2 meters at the lower part. 3、 Network topology structure
The Shuangliang Thermal Power Monitoring System in Lanzhou New Area adopts a three-layer structure, consisting of a power monitoring host configured in the fire monitoring roomThe S3100 series front-end communication management machine consists of a multifunctional instrument installed in the distribution room and a microcomputer integrated protection device. The S3100 series front-end communication management machine has RS-485 and RJ45 Ethernet interfaces, providing Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP communication protocols for easy access to other standard systems.

This system mainly monitors the 10kV substation of end users, realizes online real-time alarm information monitoring, data and status display recording, and responds to alarm accidents within 5 minutes for each substation to minimize user labor costs and power outage time.
