XHUHZ typeMagnetic flap level gaugeComposed of the main body, flip box (composed of red and white dual color magnetic flip plates), float, flange cover, etc., it is used for measuring the liquid level of various liquid containers. It can be used for on-site or remote display and control of liquid level in high-temperature, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, food and beverage, and other occasions. The XHUHZ series products can achieve high sealing, leak prevention, and safe and reliable measurement of liquid level under high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, and strong corrosive conditions. The entire measurement process has no blind spots, eye-catching display, intuitive reading, and a large measurement range. Equipped with liquid level alarm and control switch, it can achieve upper and lower limit alarm and control of liquid level or boundary. Paired with HY series liquid level transmitter, it can adjust the liquid level. The boundary signal is converted into a standard signal of 4-20mADC in a two-wire system, enabling remote detection, indication, recording, and control. The XHUHZ series magnetic flap level gauge is widely used for level measurement and control in the production processes of industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, shipbuilding, construction, and food.
Working Principle:
The flip box outside the main body of the magnetic flip level gauge is driven by the float inside the main body (with a directional magnetic source, developed according to different media and pressures) to flip and display red and white colors, and indicate different liquid level heights with the movement of the float. There is a prominent scale on the left side of the indicator to make the liquid level indication clearer.
