You can first check whether there is any leakage in the capillary tube and diaphragm. If there is a leakage, you can directly contact a professional repair manufacturer to replace the capillary tube or flange according to the required repair content.

The diaphragm sealing system consists of a diaphragm body, sealed liquid, capillary tube, etc. According to the structure, it can be divided into direct installation type and capillary connection type.

The function of the diaphragm sealing system is to isolate the measuring medium from the transmitter. The process pressure applied to the diaphragm is transmitted to the pressure measuring element of the transmitter through the sealed liquid, and finally converted into corresponding current (4-20mA), voltage (0-5V) or digital signals (HART, BRAIN, FF, PROFIBUS, DE).

In the following situations, the use of a diaphragm sealing system should be considered

1. The temperature of the measuring medium exceeds the normal operating temperature of the transmitter and cannot be lowered to an acceptable range through the pressure tube;

2. If the measuring medium contains solid magazine particles or highly viscous liquids, directly passing through the pressure tube will block the pressure measurement channel;

3. The measuring medium is prone to crystallization, freezing, or solidification;

4. Requirements for hygienic process connections;

5. Measure the specific corrosiveness of the medium, including acid-base corrosion, hydrogen embrittlement corrosion, etc;
