The ZT6302L wall mounted vibration intensity monitoring instrument is a precision measurement and control instrument widely used in departments such as power, petroleum, and chemical engineering. By using magnetic electric speed sensors, the vibration intensity of rotating machinery such as steam turbines and fans can be continuously monitored. It has alarm and shutdown control signal output. Equipped with a universal interface for current output, it can be connected to equipment such as DCS, PLC, and computers. The monitor adopts LED digital display, PVC color facial mask and light touch keys, with beautiful appearance, novel style, reasonable structure, simple installation, stable performance and reliable quality.
2. Main functions
● Display function
The vibration measurement value, I value alarm, and II value alarm set values can be displayed separately on the LED digital tube.
● Alarm function
When the vibration amplitude exceeds the alarm set value, the alarm indicator light will turn on, and at the same time, a switch signal will be output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment.
● Alarm delay time setting function
The adjustment range for alarm delay time is 0-3 seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference.
● Self diagnostic function
Equipped with power on and power off detection functions, while disconnecting the alarm output circuit, it can effectively suppress false alarms of the instrument.
● Output interface
Equipped with a current output interface, it can be connected to devices such as computers.
