Vibration aging equipmentGood timeliness effect, strong flexibility, * solves the environmental pollution problem of thermal aging furnaces; Low investment, significant energy-saving effect, high efficiency, especially for stress relief treatment of materials and parts that are not suitable for high-temperature aging. The essence of vibration stress relief is to apply additional dynamic stress to the workpiece in the form of resonance. When the additional dynamic stress and residual stress are superimposed and reach or exceed the yield pole * of the material, the workpiece will undergo micro or macro plastic deformation, thereby reducing and homogenizing the residual stress in the workpiece and stabilizing its dimensional accuracy. Its characteristics are: low investment, short production cycle, convenient use, strong adaptability, energy saving and consumption reduction, and significant improvement in mechanical performance. Compliant with environmental requirements, easy to operate, and capable of achieving mechanical automation, it can avoid defects such as warping, deformation, oxidation, decarburization, and reduced hardness of metal parts during thermal aging. Its selection mainly needs to consider these three components.

1. The controller is the center of the vibration aging equipment and the main component of the vibration aging machine. Equipped with an industrial display and embedded printer, it can display real-time curve changes during the process and difficult problems encountered during equipment operation. The vibration aging controller has been continuously developed and improved by technical personnel, achieving full automation of the vibration aging process. It can automatically determine the scanning frequency range, select the appropriate aging frequency for aging treatment, and automatically, quickly, and scientifically detect the impact of the vibration aging process.
2. The exciter is a resonance source for workpiece resonance. The quality of the excitation motor is related to the service life of the entire equipment. The size of the exciter specifications directly affects the weight of the workpiece that requires on-site aging treatment. The heavier the weight of the workpiece that requires on-site aging treatment, the larger the size of the purchased exciter.
3. The vibration aging equipment sensor is used to test the vibration intensity of the workpiece, which is represented as acceleration on the LCD. Sensors are generally installed in places where the workpiece is far away from the exciter. There are two points to note about acceleration sensors: one is directionality. The installation surface of the acceleration sensor should be installed perpendicular to the direction of vibration, otherwise the vibration cannot be detected; Secondly, the sensor should be installed at a location far away from the exciter and with a larger amplitude, that is, at the resonance peak. If installed in areas with smaller amplitudes, such as valleys, the resonance frequency may be missed when searching for resonance points.
