Vibration aging processing machineThe reason why vibration stress relief has received widespread attention is because it has the following characteristics:
1. Less investment: Compared with thermal aging, it does not require a large aging furnace, which can save space and expensive equipment investment. In modern industry, for large castings and welded parts, if thermal aging is used to relieve stress, it is necessary to build a large aging furnace, which is not only expensive and has low utilization rate, but also difficult to achieve uniform temperature. The effect of eliminating internal stress in the furnace is poor. Vibration aging can * avoid these problems. At present, vibration aging is widely used for large welded parts with lengths ranging from a few meters to tens of meters, such as bridges, ships, and chemical equipment.
2. Short production cycle: Natural aging requires several months of long-term storage, thermal aging also requires several tens of hours of cycles to complete, while vibration aging generally only takes a few tens of minutes to complete. Moreover, vibration aging is not limited by the site, which can reduce the round-trip transportation of workpieces before and after aging. If vibration equipment is placed on a machining production line, it not only makes the production layout more compact, but also eliminates the stress generated during the machining process.
3. Easy to use: The vibration equipment is small in size, light in weight, and easy to carry. Due to the fact that vibration treatment is not limited by the site and the vibration device can be carried to the site, this process is simple to use and has strong adaptability compared to thermal aging.
4. Energy saving and cost reduction: Time treatment is carried out at the resonance frequency of the workpiece, with minimal energy consumption. Practice has proven that a mechanical vibrator with a power of 0.25-1 horsepower (1 horsepower=735.5w) can vibrate workpieces weighing less than 150t. Therefore, a rough calculation shows that its energy consumption is only 3% to 5% of thermal aging, and its cost is only 8% to 10% of thermal aging.
5. Other: The vibration aging process is simple to operate and easy to achieve mechanization and automation; It can avoid defects such as warping, oxidation, decarburization, and reduced hardness of metal parts during thermal aging process. This is the current method of secondary aging.

Process analysis of vibration aging treatment machine before vibration aging: Before aging, the residual stress field distribution, dimensional accuracy requirements, future workload, and possible failure causes of the workpiece should be analyzed, and then the aging route and key parts should be analyzed.
1、 Dimensional accuracy analysis
1. If straightness, cylindricity, coaxiality, etc. are required, the stress in the middle part should be mainly eliminated. If there is a change in stress at the opposite and middle ends before and after processing and under working conditions, bending vibration modes can be generated from the end face in all directions.
2. If flatness is required, it mainly eliminates the stress in the middle part. However, in addition to bending vibration mode, torsional vibration mode must also be adopted.
3. If coaxiality is required, such as for box shaped workpieces, large excitation forces should be used as much as possible, and bending and torsional vibration methods should be selected.
2、 Work load
If the later work load mainly produces bending deformation, bending vibration should be used; If the later work load mainly produces torsional deformation, torsional vibration should be used.
3、 Reason for malfunction of vibration aging processing machine under working conditions
If deformation may occur in the future, a larger excitation force can be used for vibration; If cracking occurs in the later stage, a smaller excitation force should be chosen as much as possible for long-term vibration.
