Brief Introduction

Winner2308 is an intelligent dry wet integrated laser particle size analyzer that uses converging light Fourier transform optical path technology to integrate dry and wet testing into one machine. It can achieve one click switching between dry and wet testing, avoiding problems such as large particle precipitation caused by external dispersion, and ensuring the accuracy of test results. It is a powerful assistant for multi sample testing, industrial production quality control, and particle size detection in scientific research institutions with a wide range of particle types and distributions, and needs for both dry and wet methods.

Product Features:

Dry wet integration

Combining dry and wet testing, with one click switching between dry and wet testing, to meet the testing needs of different samples.

Fully built-in decentralized system

The wet particle circulation device, independently developed and designed with the national invention patent number ZL.2010 1 0533181.6, integrates stirring, ultrasound, circulation, and drainage. The wet testing is equipped with a high-power circulation pump, and the pipeline is optimized for high overall coordination, preventing the precipitation of large particles during the testing process.

Automatic alignment of optical path

We have independently developed a 3D automatic centering system (special license number: ZL. 2013 2 0835882.4), which uses a precision four phase hybrid stepper motor with a micro precision of micrometer level, ensuring that the instrument's optical path is always in a centered state, providing a basic guarantee for the accuracy and stability of test results.

Unconstrained free fitting technique

Granularity analysis is not limited by any function and truly reflects the distribution state of particles.

Dual light path design has a wide testing range

Adopting the converging light Fourier transform technique to free scattered light from lens aperture constraints; Adopting a dual spectral surface optical path design, the measurement range is expanded to 2000 micrometers; The independently developed dual laser orthogonal optical path uses semiconductor assisted lasers to measure the lateral scattering range from 0.0155 degrees to 164 degrees. The accuracy error of wet testing is ≤ 0.5%, and the accuracy error of dry testing is ≤ 1%.

Usage and application areas:

Lotion, suspension, powder particles, etc. can measure not only the samples dispersed in liquid, but also the dry powder particles dissolved in water or liquid dispersion medium, which must be dispersed in gas. They are widely used in chemical industry, new materials, medicine, food, electronics, new energy, building materials, abrasives, fire protection, metallurgy, agriculture and forestry and other industries, as well as in the material research of universities and scientific research institutes.
