Preparation of test samples

Sample selection: Randomly select samples from cans produced in the same batch. Extract 30 samples (including 20 test samples and 10 spare samples). Ensure that the production batch number, production date, specifications and models of the samples are consistent and traceable.

Sample pretreatment: Place the selected sample in a constant temperature and humidity chamber for pretreatment. The pretreatment conditions are: temperature 23 ℃± 2 ℃, humidity 50% ± 5% RH, and the pretreatment time is not less than 4 hours. Ensure that the sample temperature is consistent with the ambient temperature to avoid temperature differences that may cause pressure changes or material mechanical property fluctuations in the tank, affecting the accuracy of test results. After preprocessing, check the appearance of the sample and remove samples with defects such as dents, rust, and deformation of the pull ring on the surface. If the number of samples removed exceeds 10% of the total sampling, resampling is required.
