The relationship between the sensitivity of weighing sensors and the measuring range of weighing instruments
Date: 2023-10-18Read: 9

For example, the sensitivity of the weighing sensor we mentioned earlier is considered to be S=2mv/v. What would happen if the sensitivity S=1mv/v is considered? For scales that use a single weighing sensor, let's compare them:
When the sensitivity of the weighing sensor S is 1mv/v, the encouraged voltage V is 12V, the maximum weighing capacity Emax is 150kg, the maximum weighing capacity Max is 150kg, and the maximum net output signal is:
Encourage voltage x sensitivity x EMmaxax=12v x 1mv/v x 115500kkgg=12mv. When the sensitivity of the weighing sensor is S=2mv/v: Encourage voltage V=12V, the maximum weighing capacity Emax=300kg, the maximum weighing capacity of the weighing instrument, and the maximum net output signal are: Encourage voltage x sensitivity x MEmaxax=12v x 2mv/v x 310500kkgg=12mv. If the minimum static load Emin of this weighing sensor with sensitivity S=1mv/v is 6kg, and the accuracy level is C3, that is, nLC=3000, there is a calibration scale value V=Emaxn LCEmin=1503kg. 0g0-06kg=0.048kg, and as mentioned earlier, the calibration division value of the platform scale is e=0.05kg. In this way, the calibration scale of the weighing sensor and the scale scale scale are basically close under the premise of S=1mv/V. Thus, we can see that the rule of nLC&ne can only be established when the ratio of the change in the response (output) of the weighing sensor to the corresponding change in the encouragement (applied load) is not greater than S=1mv/v. There are many electronic scales that use a single weighing sensor as a force electric conversion element, which can be roughly divided into two categories. One category is those where the maximum weighing capacity (Emax) of the weighing sensor is much greater than the maximum weighing capacity (Max) of the scale; One type is when the value of the maximum scale capacity (Max) of the weighing instrument is close to the value of the maximum scale capacity (Emax) of the weighing sensor. The sensitivity of the two types of weighing sensors mentioned here is compared under the same size.
