medicalInjection needle connection firmness testIt is a key test to evaluate the mechanical strength of the connection between the injection needle seat and the needle tube, and the core purpose of this test is to verify the reliability of the injection needle connection site. If the connection is not firm, it may cause the needle tube to fall off or leak, increase the risk of infection, or affect the treatment effect.
Professional connection firmness test is usedMedical needle tube firmness testerIt is required to comply with relevant national standards or industry specifications, and the connection must withstand a certain mechanical stress without failure. The relevant standards include:
GB 15811-2025Specific requirements for the firmness of injection needle connections have been established, including load setting and qualification assessment.
YY/T 0573.4Detailed description of the testing method for connection firmness of disposable syringes.

Injection needle connection firmness tester
firmnessTesting principles and methods
The experiment evaluates the connection strength by simulating the tensile force in actual use. The specific steps include:
Sample preparation: Fix the injection needle on the dedicated fixture of the tester, ensuring that the needle seat is consistent with the direction of tension.
2. Apply tension: Using a non impact pulling mode, apply tension steadily at the standard speed until the connection separates or reaches the preset load.
3 Data recording: The instrument automatically records the maximum force value (i.e. connection firmness) and determines whether it meets the standard limit value (e.g. sheath separation force does not exceed)15N).
passThe firmness of the needle tip and needle holder mentioned aboveExperiments can effectively screen products that meet safety standards and reduce clinical use risks.
