1. Changing the size of the channel signal value does not result in any change in the channel display value.

resolvent:

Measure the signal on the wiring terminal with a multimeter to see if it is normal;

Check if the channel module switch and signal type are set correctly;

Open the case and check if the channel signal cable is properly connected

2. The paperless recorder does not work after being powered on.

resolvent:

Check if the 220V power terminal wiring of the instrument is correct;

B Check if the instrument fuse is blown;

Unscrew the fixing screws behind the instrument panel, pull out the meter core from the front, and check if the power board cable is properly plugged into the motherboard

3. The LCD backlight is bright, but there are no characters or curves displayed.

resolvent:

Check if the instrument display cable is connected properly.

4. The measured values of the channel are inaccurate, and there is no change in the displayed values of the channel.

resolvent:

Check if the signal type setting in the channel parameter settings matches the actual input signal type;

Is the switch setting of the channel module consistent with the type of call signal;

Check if the signal wiring is accurate and if the signal cables are in good contact;

After confirming that there are no issues mentioned above, the paperless recorder needs to recalibrate the instrument (note that the signal source accuracy must be higher than 0.1%). If the instrument calibration is abnormal (unable to calibrate), or if the calibration is normal but the channel measurement is still abnormal, please contact the manufacturer Yijie Company.
