1. The use environment temperature of the shock resistant pressure gauge is -40~70 ℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 80%. If it deviates from the normal use temperature by 20 ± 5 ℃, it must be included in the temperature additional error.
2. The anti-seismic pressure gauge must be installed vertically, striving to be at the same level as the measuring point. If the difference is too high, it will be included in the additional error caused by the liquid column, which does not need to be considered when measuring gas. Block the explosion-proof port at the back of the watch case during installation to avoid affecting the explosion-proof performance.
3. The normal measurement range of the instrument should not exceed 3/4 of the upper measurement limit under static pressure and 2/3 of the upper measurement limit under fluctuation. Measure with a large pressure gauge under the above two pressure conditionsIt should not be lower than 1/3 of the lower limit, and all vacuum parts should be used when measuring vacuum.
4. If the instrument pointer malfunctions or the internal components become loose or cannot work properly during use, maintenance should be carried out or the manufacturer should be contacted for repair.
5. The shock resistant pressure gauge should avoid vibration and collision to prevent damage.
A shock resistant pressure gauge is based on a regular pressure gauge, filled with damping fluid and equipped with a buffering mechanism to reduce the impact of severe environmental vibrations and medium pulses on the instrument. The shock resistant pressure gauge has stable and clear indications and is widely used in mechanical, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, mining, power and other departments to measure the pressure of non corrosive media on copper and copper alloys.
