Firstly, do not apply a voltage higher than 36V to the transmitter, which may cause damage to the transmitter, and do not touch the diaphragm with a hard object, which may cause damage to the isolation diaphragm.
Secondly, the measured medium should not freeze, otherwise it will damage the isolation diaphragm of the sensor element and cause damage to the pressure transmitter. If necessary, temperature protection should be applied to the transmitter to prevent freezing. When measuring steam or other high-temperature media, the temperature should not exceed the limit temperature of the transmitter during use. If it exceeds the limit temperature of the transmitter, a heat dissipation device must be used. When measuring steam or other high-temperature media, a heat pipe should be used to connect the transmitter and pipeline together, and the pressure on the pipeline should be transmitted to the transformer.
It should also be noted that when the measured medium is water vapor, an appropriate amount of water should be injected into the heat dissipation pipe to prevent overheated vapor from directly contacting the transmitter and damaging the sensor.
