Precautions for using anti-corrosion thermal resistors
Date: 2020-03-18Read: 2
Anti-corrosion thermistorThere are two types of anti-corrosion resistors: anti-corrosion copper resistors and anti-corrosion platinum resistors. Anti corrosion platinum resistors are commonly used as anti-corrosion thermal resistors. It is a commonly used temperature detector in medium and low temperature areas. Its main features are high measurement accuracy and stable performance. The measurement accuracy of platinum resistance thermometer is high, and it is not only widely used in industrial temperature measurement, but also made into a standard reference instrument.
Precautions for using anti-corrosion thermal resistors:
1. During installation and transportation, it is necessary to ensure that the anti-corrosion coating of the anti-corrosion thermistor cannot be damaged or subjected to external impact. Damage to the anti-corrosion coating will result in a shortened service life or loss of anti-corrosion function of the anti-corrosion thermistor.
2. The anti-corrosion thermistor is installed with threads. Do not unscrew the anti-corrosion layer on the threads, as it may cause contact between the medium and the threads, which will damage the threads and fail to achieve the anti-corrosion effect.
3. If the anti-corrosion thermal resistor is coated with PTFE, do not remove the PTFE sleeve to measure the medium.
