acetylene pressure regulatorGenerally, it is a pressure reducing device for bottled gas. A pressure reducer is a regulating device that reduces high-pressure gas to low-pressure gas and maintains stable pressure and flow rate of the output gas. Other safety usage requirements are as follows:

The operator of the generator must have received specialized training (gas welding workers); Familiar with the structure, function, working principle, and maintenance rules of the generator, and have passed the safety department examination.
02) The fixed type generator must be placed in a separate room or shed.
03) It is prohibited to place it under high-voltage lines and crane sliding lines.
04) Do not approach the suction ports of air compressors and ventilation fans.
05) It is not allowed to install ants near the grounding conductor of lightning rods or on the grounding wires of metal components. At the same time, attention should be paid not to place them in tracks that may become electrical circuits.
06) The placement should also pay attention to preventing possible fireworks, welding sparks, and impacts from falling workpieces from high places.
The distance between the acetylene generator and open flames, sparks, high-voltage power lines, and other heat sources should not be less than 10m.
Acetylene generators are not allowed to be placed on workbenches and equipment that experience severe vibrations.
09) It is strictly prohibited to expose to direct sunlight.
10) The mobile acetylene generator can be placed outdoors or indoors with good ventilation. But it is strictly prohibited to place it in hot processing workshops such as forging, casting, and heat treatment, as well as in operating boiler rooms.
