Pressure calibratorIt is an ideal tool table for laboratories, factories, and colleges, and can be used as a standard table for medium precision pressure testing, with basic accuracy of 0.1% and 0.05%.
If the pressure calibrator does not detect phenomena such as damage to the isolation diaphragm or oil leakage, the sensor components can be tested according to the following steps:
1. Carefully unplug the sensor component lead socket from the plug socket.
2. Check the forward and reverse bias of the internal diode circuit: one circuit is the red and yellow lines, and the other circuit is the green and blue lines.
Now we use a multimeter with the positive pole connected to the red wire and the negative pole connected to the yellow wire. The sum of the resistance values of the series circuits D1, D2, D5, D6, and R4 should be close to or equal to the sum of the resistance values of the series circuits D3, D4, D7, D8, and R5 of the green and blue wires.
3. Check the resistance of the sensor component housing and these four wires, that is, check the resistance between the capacitor plate and the sensing diaphragm connected to the housing. The resistance value should be greater than 10M Ω.
When the pressure calibrator sensor malfunctions, we generally cannot repair it on site, only replace it.
