Micro pressure calibratorFor all wiring, screw the pressure pipe to the pressure connector on the front panel. For instruments with negative pressure, place the pressure connector on the back panel of the instrument and tighten it.
02 Power on key: Press the 'on' button, the LCD displays the instrument model, pressure range, and accuracy, and then automatically enters the measurement state.
03 Zero calibration button: Before each measurement, press the zero calibration button, and the instrument will automatically collect the zero value of the sensor and send it to the CPU for processing, ensuring the authenticity of the instrument measurement data.
04 Pressure key: Pressing this key repeatedly can achieve pressure/current display, conversion between pressure/millimeter water column or pressure/kilogram force. If the LCD displays the measurement current status, pressing this key will automatically switch the instrument to pressure measurement status.
05 Current key: Pressing this key repeatedly can convert the pressure/current display to the current percentage. When the instrument current needs to be detected, press this key once, and the LCD will display the measured current value.
06 Backlight button: When the instrument is working in a low light environment, press this button once to turn on the backlight for easy reading.
07 Testing instrument current: When outputting 24VDC or verifying the transmitter, please connect it according to the wiring method indicated on the back panel of the instrument.
08 Charging Power Supply: The instrument is equipped with an external switch power supply for charging. By connecting to the mains power of 220VAC and turning on the instrument power switch, the battery inside the instrument can be charged. When the charging indicator light is red, the instrument is in a charging state; When the charging indicator light is green, it indicates that the battery is fully charged. Simply unplug the charger.
09 Pressure output: When calibrating a transmitter or other online instrument, screw the transmitter or other online instrument into this interface to achieve detection. If this interface is blocked, the sealing performance of the internal pressure source of the instrument can be detected.
When the instrument has negative pressure, the (4) on the casing is a positive and negative pressure conversion switch. If negative pressure is detected, switch the conversion switch to negative pressure mode and connect the calibrated instrument to the pressure output port.
12 Air Pump and Fine Adjustment: The air pump is a manual pressure system, and when the pressure display approaches full range, fine adjustments are made to adjust the displayed value.
If the instrument range is large (250KPa~2.5MPa), (4) on the casing is the pressure output port, and the pressure output port on the rear panel is the exhaust port.
When the micro pressure calibrator is multi range and multi module, tighten the pressure module onto the (6.1 module interface), connect the module to the (13) module signal line interface with a signal wire, turn on the device, and the instrument displays the selected module range.
