Working principle of bell jar valve

IMG_3210.JPG

Chain gourd type

The bell jar valve mainly consists of a valve seat, bell jar, valve body, valve cover, lifting rod, lifting frame and rod lubrication sealing system, ring chain electric hoist and ladder system. The bell jar and valve seat are made of steel, and controlling the relative position between the bell jar and valve seat can achieve the purpose of controlling fluid flow. During operation, the valve seat is fixedly installed on the pipeline. The bell jar is connected to the hook of the electric chain hoist through the lubrication sealing system via a suspension rod. When the electric chain hoist receives the action signal and opens the bell jar valve, the electric chain hoist lifts the hook and the suspension rod rises vertically, thereby lifting the bell jar. This creates a distance between the bell jar and the valve seat, and the pipelines at both ends of the bell jar valve are connected, achieving the discharge of smoke. On the contrary, the hook of the electric chain hoist descends, and the bell jar falls under the action of gravity until it contacts the valve seat, thus shutting off the smoke at both ends of the pipeline.

Windmill model

When the winch receives the action signal and opens the bell jar valve, the winch tightens the steel wire rope, and the suspension rod rises vertically, thereby lifting the bell jar. This creates a distance between the bell jar and the valve seat, and the pipelines at both ends of the bell jar valve are connected, achieving the discharge of smoke. On the contrary, when the winch releases the steel wire rope, the bell jar falls under the action of gravity until it contacts the valve seat, thus shutting off the smoke at both ends of the pipeline.
