From April 23 to 26, 2018, "the fourth phase of separation membrane product testing technology training" and "double membrane method operation and maintenance training and national vocational qualification certification training course" sponsored by China Membrane Industry Association, undertaken by the State Key Laboratory of Material Chemistry Industry of Nanjing University of Technology, and co organized by Nanjing Gaoqian Functional Materials Technology Co., Ltd. were held at the same time in Nanjing University of Technology. More than 80 students and Taiwanese compatriots from all over the country participated in this training.

Professor Xing Weihong, Vice Chairman of the China Membrane Industry Association and Vice President of Nanjing University of Technology, personally guided the training work at the training site and delivered a speech on behalf of the association and Nanjing University of Technology to open the training activity. He warmly welcomed the students who came to participate in this training and the Taiwanese compatriots who came across the Taiwan Strait. In her speech, she also introduced the situation of the integration of industry, academia and research at Nanjing University of Technology. Afterwards, she sincerely wished the students who came to learn a fruitful experience in the training class!

　This training is mainly conducted by the teacher from the team led by Director Pan Xianhui of the Tianjin Institute of Desalination and Comprehensive Utilization of the State Oceanic Administration. The students systematically studied membrane product testing technology and dual membrane operation and maintenance technology, solving a series of difficulties in membrane product research and development, quality inspection, and operation and maintenance.
