The distance between the detection point and the gas release source in the equipment area arranged outdoors or semi outdoors should comply with the following regulations:

1. When the detection point is located on the upwind side of the low-frequency wind direction of the release source, the distance between the hydrogen sulfide detection probe and the release source should not be greater than 2 meters.

2. When the detection point is located on the downwind side of the low-frequency wind direction of the release source, the distance between the hydrogen sulfide detection probe and the release source should be less than 1m.

The toxic gas release source is located in a closed or semi closed factory building, and the distance between the hydrogen sulfide detection probe and the release source should not be greater than 1m.

This product adopts solid metal oxide semiconductor sensing technology. The sensor consists of two thin sheets: one is a heating sheet, and the other is a gas sensing sheet sensitive to hydrogen sulfide gas. Two thin sheets are installed on a silicon chip by vacuum coating. The heating element raises the working temperature of the gas sensor to a level that can react with hydrogen sulfide gas. There are metal oxides on the gas sensor, which can dynamically display changes in the concentration of hydrogen sulfide gas. Its sensitivity can range from one billionth to one percent.
