Our company has many types of paperless recorders that can meet the needs of various customers.
Paperless recorderIt can output signals such as DC current, DC voltage, frequency, millivolts, thermocouples, thermal resistors, etc. It has functions of sensor isolation and distribution input, relay alarm input, transmission input, flow accumulation, temperature and voltage compensation, historical data transfer, printing, and short-range communication. Through wired and wireless communication networking, it can form a short-range monitoring system with professional configuration software such as MCGS, Citect, iFIX, and Kingview. Equipped with a standardized USB 2.0 interface and supporting USB data transfer function.
Paperless recorderThe instrument adopts a 32-bit ARM microprocessor, which has weak display function, real-time trend curve display, historical curve tracking, over limit alarm, alarm form display, and provides intelligent historical trend automatic playback function. It is extremely convenient to find alarm points and also provides positioning playback function to indirectly query data of a certain year, month, day, hour, minute, and second, which is convenient and fast.
But sometimes there are problems with the paperless recorder, which are not due to quality reasons, but also due to human operation or improper use. Now, let's take a look at how to deal with the problem of the paperless recorder.
1. The LCD backlight is bright, but there are no characters or curves displayed. At this point, it is necessary to reflect on whether the instrument display cable can be connected properly.
Two channels do not count, that is, changing the size of the channel signal value does not result in any change in the channel display value. At this point, one should:
Measure whether the signal is normal on the wiring terminal with a multimeter;
Can the switch and signal type of the B reflection channel module be set correctly;
Open the case and reflect on whether the channel signal cable can be properly connected.
3. The instrument is powered on and does not perform any tasks.
At this point, one should:
Reflect on whether the 220V power terminal wiring of the instrument is correct;
Reflect on whether the instrument fuse can be blown;
Unscrew the fixing screws of the instrument panel, pull out the meter core from the back, and reflect on whether the power board cable can be properly plugged into the motherboard
The measurement values of Channel 4 are inaccurate.
At this point, one should:
Can the signal type setting in the reflection channel parameter settings differ from the actual access signal type;
Can the switch setting of the channel module be different from the type of communication signal;
Reflect on whether the signal wiring is correct and whether the signal cables are in good contact;
After confirming that there is no title above, recalibrate the instrument (note that the signal source accuracy must be higher than 0.1%). If the instrument calibration is abnormal (unable to calibrate), or if the calibration is normal but the channel measurement is still abnormal, please contact the manufacturer as soon as possible.
