On August 22nd, in the conference hall of Xinyao Company, sales department employees held a unique sales skills speech competition. The theme of the speech revolves around the problems or experiences encountered during the sales process, and is expressed through a salesperson's speech. Each person sets a time of 20 minutes to half a sales session, and the competition judges are the company's CEO, sales director, and production team.

Looking at the overall competition, the participating salespeople actively prepared for it, using rich cases and data to illustrate sales activities, or using humorous animations and pictures to express their personal experiences in sales. More employees prepared beautiful pictures, making the entire speech process very vivid.

With the rigorous scoring by the judges and the tense scoring work of the scorers, the atmosphere of the competition in the venue became even more intense. Before the final results were announced, the judges were also influenced by the atmosphere on site, upgrading from simple comments and encouraging words to sharing their years of work experience and speaking from their own experiences, which also benefited the young salespeople present!
