XY seriesThe installation of high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer is divided into high-frequency furnace installation; Installation of infrared detection system; Software installation; Three parts. Before installing the instrument, it should have:

1. Power supply: requires good grounding, voltage AC220V ± 5%, frequency 50Hz ± 2%, and no harmonic interference;

2. Voltage stabilizing power supply: power 5kW, voltage stabilizing accuracy<2%;

3. Working gas: oxygen, purity>99.5%;

4Operating room area: not less than 10 square meters and avoiding corrosive gases such as acid and alkali, dust, vibration, and electromagnetic interference;

5. Working environment: Indoor temperature: 10-30 ℃, relative humidity:<75%;

1、 XY seriesInstallation of high-frequency furnace

1. Installation of high-frequency vibration tube and inductor: Open the upper cover and right cover of the high-frequency induction furnace, and then open the stainless steel right plate. Loosen the screws on the upper ends of the coupling capacitor (2) and the filtering capacitor (8), then remove the high-frequency oscillation tube (9) and horizontally install it into the four support feet, paying attention to the positive and negative poles during installation. One end of the inductor is fixed to the upper end of the early filtering capacitor (8), and the other end is fixed with a copper strip installed on the upper end of the high-frequency oscillation tube (9) of the coupling capacitor (2), and connected to the connecting wire below the filtering capacitor (8).

2. Remove the skin tubes from the oxygen inlet joint and furnace gas joint, unscrew the fasteners by hand to remove the furnace chamber, place the quartz tube into the furnace frame from above, pass through the induction coil in the middle of the furnace frame, and check whether the quartz tube is in the middle of the high-frequency heating coil. The upper end of the quartz tube will be removed and the furnace chamber will be installed as it is. The lower end of the quartz tube is fitted with a red silicone gasket coated with vacuum silicone grease.

3. Check for loose internal screws and any other unrelated debris inside the chassis.

4. Fix the movement, fixing screws, and stainless steel cover plate screws on the inner cover, and install the right side plate and rear cover plate.

2、 Installation of XY-1HWT infrared detection part

1. Open the rear door of the infrared detection section, check if the upper printed circuit board components and connectors are loose, and plug in the balance interface cable, USB cable, and fiber optic cable in order (as shown in Figure ⑴).

USB driver installation: Connect both ends of the USB cable to the USB ports of the control circuit board and the microcomputer, turn on the power, and the microcomputer prompts that new hardware has been found. Select option * "Yes, only this time (Y)" as shown in the figure, and then click "Next" (N) with the mouse.

The system prompts to find the USB CH372/375 hardware, select to install from the list or location, and click Next. The system will automatically install the newly discovered USB CH375 program. Installation is complete, the system prompts completion of installation, click 'Finish' to complete.

3、 Installation of XY-1HWT gas pipeline (refer to gas diagram)

1. Figure ⑷ shows the schematic diagram of the instrument's gas circuit. Oxygen is sent into the instrument through the pressure reducing valve at the upper end of the oxygen cylinder, with a regulated pressure of 0.18-0.2MPa, for combustion purposes. The power gas is generally nitrogen or compressed air for power purposes.

2. The power gas passes through the compression valve to compress the ash discharge pipe. The quartz tube is cleaned by the automatic cleaning device through the automatic cleaning valve, and the gas cylinder is lifted and lowered through the lifting valve.

3. The combustion gas is purified and dried by the purification furnace through the total oxygen valve, and then divided into two paths for instrument supply: one path is regulated by a 0-3 L/min flow meter to provide top blowing oxygen after a certain period of flow rate adjustment. When cleaning the filter screen, the cleaning valve is used for dust removal. The purpose of using a constant pressure regulator for the carrier gas is to maintain a constant pressure inside the combustion chamber. The mixed gas generated by heating and oxygen combustion of the sample is removed of dust by degreasing cotton and moisture by desiccant. It enters the sulfur tank through the inlet valve of the gas chamber, and then enters the carbon tank through a 0-5 L/min flow meter. After determining the actual flow rate through the 0-5 L/min flow meter, it is vented through the outlet valve of the gas chamber.

4、 Installation and registration of operating software

1. Open the matching USB drive, double-click the XYSETUP file with the mouse, and enter the program installation process.

2. Click the left mouse button on 'Next' as prompted to proceed to the next step. The installation program prompts to select the installation target directory. You can either default to the current directory or click Browse to select another directory to install the program. Click the left mouse button on 'Next' to proceed to the next step.

3. Enter the installation interface and click "Next" with the left mouse button to proceed to the next step. The installation program will indicate the remaining installation time based on the progress until * installation is successful. After installation is complete, click the left mouse button on 'Finish' to complete the installation.

4. After registering the operating software and successfully installing it, double-click the "XY-1HW (T)" icon to enter the system login window. The initial username is admin, enter the initial password "1" in the password bar, and click login to enter the analysis interface.

The software can perform demonstration operations by manually entering weight, pressing 'Analyze' to automatically demonstrate the analysis process, and displaying the release curve and analysis results. But in order to operate the software online, it must be officially registered before it can be used normally.
