1The process of applying for a certificate and the required documents:

Firstly, you should log in to the e-commerce platform of State Grid Corporation of China to register, then check the registration review status. After successful registration, purchase the electronic key and bind it, and finally fill in the qualification and performance information; Then obtain qualification verification. Upload and review the documents, and after approval, send experts to the company for on-site verification（Generally, it includes six aspects: design and development, production and manufacturing, testing and inspection, management of raw material components, after-sales service, and production capacity）After passing the on-site audit, we will obtain a certificate of strength from the State Grid supplier (one piece of proof)

• The following documents are uploaded in PDF format to fill out the electronic version of the supplier qualification information collection form and 2 copies of paper (stamped with the company's saddle seal). The format and font of the qualification information collection form cannot be changed or altered;
• Original business license, original tax registration certificate, original organization code certificate (excluding three in one certificate), original financial audit report for the past three years, and original capital verification report;
• Original type (or inspection) test report, original 3C certification certificate (if any), original appraisal certificate, original quality management system certification;
• Original invoices for the purchase of production, manufacturing, inspection, and testing equipment, original property certificates, original land certificates (or factory leasing contracts), original contracts and invoices for the purchase of raw materials from qualified material suppliers, and original outsourcing or processing agreements;
• Original certificates for intermediate professional titles (high and low voltage electrician certificates), skilled personnel certificates, and certificates for special operations (high voltage testing, welding, etc.) personnel;
• Enterprise production site management, production equipment operation procedures, production process drawings, raw material procurement inspection, process inspection, finished product inspection, testing equipment operation procedures, various equipment operation manuals, technical document management systems, etc.
