Principle of vibration meter:

A vibrometer, also known as a seismometer, vibration analyzer, or seismometer pen, is designed using the piezoelectric effect of quartz crystals and artificially polarized ceramics (PZT). When quartz crystals or artificially polarized ceramics are subjected to mechanical stress, charges are generated on their surfaces. Using a piezoelectric accelerometer, the vibration signal is converted into an electrical signal. By processing and analyzing the input signal, the acceleration, velocity, and displacement values of the vibration are displayed, and the corresponding measurement values can be printed out using a printer. The technical performance of this instrument meets the requirements of standard 2954 and the Chinese national standard GB/T13824 for the sine excitation method vibration standard in vibration intensity measuring instruments. It is widely used in fields such as mechanical manufacturing, electricity, and metallurgical vehicles.

Various anti-interference measures have been taken in both hardware and software to ensure measurement accuracy and improve instrument reliability. 2. Fully understand the vibration measurement system, and based on the existing piezoelectric acceleration sensor and charge amplifier vibration measurement system, design an integrated handheld vibration meter with built-in micro dual charge amplifier and frequency compensation circuit. 3. Adopting the ZOOMFFT algorithm in data processing has improved the accuracy of measurements; The principle of embedded system is adopted to create a data file storage system, which improves the reading speed and saves the RAM space of the microcontroller; The communication adopts USB interface, which improves the speed of data transmission and provides a good foundation for secondary development.

Measurement method determination:

1. The application of vibration meters for equipment status detection, although not the only basis for determining the equipment overhaul cycle, is essential as a reference condition. Due to the low speed of equipment such as water pumps and fans, the harm caused by vibration is not the only one. For example, sometimes there are no problems detected with a vibration meter, but the impeller is severely corroded and requires major repairs. Therefore, the determination of the equipment overhaul cycle should be comprehensively considered from various aspects such as the results of vibration meter testing, accumulated operating hours of equipment, and efficiency.

2. It is also necessary to use a vibration meter for inspection as a means of acceptance after major equipment repairs. It should be pointed out that due to the varying degrees of equipment age, there is no unified regulation on the inspection values for its acceptance. The inspection values before the major overhaul of the accepted pump set should be used as the basis, and the inspection values after the overhaul should also be based on the inspection values before the major overhaul of the accepted pump set.
