Characterization of arsenic forms in apple juice using NexSAR HPLC-ICP-MS morphology analysis ready solution
Although for many parents, apple juice is considered a healthy and often preferred beverage as a substitute for artificial flavors and carbonated drinks, there is growing concern about the presence of arsenic in apple juice. In this study, the reverse phase ion pair method was used to accurately separate and quantify the main arsenic forms in commercially available apple juice within three minutes, using PerkinElmerNexSAR HPLC-ICP-MSMorphological analysis system.
