Weld a base onto the pipeline. Drill an 18mm hole in the pipeline and insert the sensor flush with the inner diameter of the pipe. For debugging and calibration, we need a laptop with the MF-SMART software we provide.

The serial COM interface in front of the transmitter can be connected to a laptop, while the RS485 interface can be used to connect to a PLC system.

Calibration can be performed through one or more reference flow rates. Measurement values can be output as both analog and digital signals.

The solid flow meter sensor uses 24GH high-frequency microwave to generate a measurement field through the coupling of electromagnetic field between the sensor and the pipeline. The microwave energy in the measurement field is reflected back by solid particles and received by the transmitter. According to the Doppler principle, only the flowing particles in the microwave solid flowmeter can be measured, and the flow rate is calculated based on the recorded number of particles.
