The quality of the electrodes (anode carbon block, cathode carbon block) in the electrolytic cell has a significant impact on various economic indicators after the electrolytic cell is put into operation. When assembling electrodes, significant differences in the quality of electrode assembly are ultimately caused by differences in the materials themselves (mainly cathode paste, pig iron phosphate), or differences in assembly processes and the assembly level of assembly personnel.
