1. The instrument must have a good grounding.

2. Connect the output terminal of the console to the input terminal of the generator, connect the instruments to each other, turn on the air switch, and the current regulator is waiting for the current to rise.

3. Rotate the voltage regulator evenly clockwise, paying attention to the output current indication on the console until the desired high current is reached

4. During the experiment, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, the power supply of the air switch should be immediately cut off, and the cause should be identified before conducting the experiment.

5. After the experiment is completed, the voltage regulator must be reset to zero, the power supply must be cut off by pressing the air switch, the working power supply must be cut off, and the test wiring must be removed to ensure safety.

Usage and precautions:

1. Newly installed and long-term unused current collectors should measure the insulation resistance between coils and between coils and ground with a 1500 megohmmeter before operation. The resistance value should not be less than 0.5 megohms before use.

2. The use of intermediate current transformers and operating consoles must be reliably grounded to ensure safety.

3. When using, the flow should be slowly and evenly raised, and excessive vibration should be avoided during transportation.

4. The contact surface between the voltage regulator and the electric brush should be kept clean, and wiped clean with 90% alcohol dipped cotton yarn depending on the situation.

5. This device is designed for short-term operation, so it is not allowed to work at rated capacity for a long time, especially not allowed to operate beyond rated current to prevent overheating

6. This equipment should be stored in a clean, ventilated, and dry indoor environment.
