【 BK-WQX2 】 Shandong Boke Instrument is customer-centric, service-oriented, and driven by innovation.

The miniature ultrasonic wind speed and direction sensor, with its small size, low power consumption, and high precision, has become an ideal choice for miniaturized and portable wind field monitoring scenarios. On the basis of traditional ultrasonic anemometers, it has significantly reduced the product volume through structural optimization and technological upgrades, while retaining the advantages of no mechanical components and accurate measurement. It is widely used in scenarios such as unmanned aerial vehicle monitoring, portable weather stations, and small equipment integration.

Small scale structural design is its core feature. The volume of miniature ultrasonic wind speed and direction sensors is usually only 1/3-1/5 of conventional products, and the weight can be controlled within 100 grams. Some miniature models can even reach tens of grams, and can be easily integrated into carriers such as drones and small monitoring equipment without affecting the operational performance of the carrier. The device adopts an integrated sealing design, with seamless connection between the probe and the housing, which not only reduces the volume, but also improves the protection performance. The protection level can reach IP65 or above, which can resist the erosion of complex outdoor environments.

In terms of measurement performance, miniature ultrasonic wind speed and direction sensors are no less impressive than conventional products. It adopts micro ultrasonic probes and high-precision signal processing chips, and uses the ultrasonic propagation time difference method to achieve measurement. The wind speed measurement range can reach 0.1-30m/s, with an accuracy of ± 0.1m/s, and the wind direction measurement accuracy is ± 1 °, which can accurately capture instantaneous wind field changes. At the same time, the device has the ability to respond quickly, with a response time of less than 1 second, and can provide real-time feedback on wind field dynamics, making it suitable for scenarios such as unmanned aerial vehicle flight attitude control and mobile weather monitoring that require high response speed.

Low power design ensures that the device can adapt to the energy needs of mobile and portable scenarios. By optimizing circuit design and signal processing algorithms, the power consumption of the device is significantly reduced, and the static power consumption can be controlled within a few milliamps. Using a small lithium battery power supply can achieve continuous operation for hours to tens of hours. Some models also support solar assisted power supply, further extending the battery life and adapting to outdoor mobile monitoring scenarios without mains power supply.

In terms of data transmission, the micro ultrasonic wind speed and direction sensor supports multiple lightweight transmission methods, such as Bluetooth, LoRa, RS485, etc., and can choose the appropriate method according to the application scenario. For example, drone monitoring scenarios can use Bluetooth transmission to transmit wind field data in real-time to the drone flight control system; Portable weather stations can use LoRa wireless transmission to achieve multi-sensor network monitoring. The device also supports data calibration function, and users can calibrate parameters through dedicated software to ensure long-term measurement accuracy.
