Core work steps:

1. Laser excitation and scattered light acquisition

The device emits laser of a specific wavelength and acts on the surface of the food sample to be tested. The molecules within the sample will absorb laser energy and undergo vibrational energy level transitions. After molecular transition, it will release scattered light with a wavelength different from the incident laser, which is called Raman scattering light.

2. Spectral signal processing

The spectral detection module of the device will collect Raman scattering light signals. By using the built-in Uspectral Plus and FOODSAFE specialized software, the scattered light signal is filtered, denoised, and analyzed to generate the "Raman fingerprint spectrum" of the sample.

3. Database comparison and result judgment

The software will accurately compare the generated sample spectrum with the built-in standard substance spectrum database. Through algorithm matching analysis, quickly determine whether the sample contains target substances such as illegal additives and pesticide residues, and provide corresponding quantitative or semi quantitative detection results.
