electrolysisThe working principle of a sodium hypochlorite generator can be simply understood as: by adding a certain amount of saline solution to the equipment, the saline solution is electrolyzed into a certain concentration of sodium hypochlorite solution through an electric electrolysis reaction, and then the sodium hypochlorite solution is stored for future use.

HypochloriteInstallation requirements for sodium acid generator:

　　1. Due to the strong oxidizing property of sodium hypochlorite, it is advisable to avoid placing the equipment in the same room as other electrical equipment when selecting the installation location. A separate equipment room should be established.

　　2. The equipment should be installed indoors, avoiding direct sunlight, and the working environment temperature of the equipment should be above 10 ℃

　　3. The control cabinet should be placed in a single room and not in the same room as equipment or hydrochloric acid.

　　4. The equipment room should be equipped with a pressurized water source. A concrete foundation should be built underneath the equipment and raw material storage tanks.

　　5. Exhaust fans should be installed under the walls of the equipment room to maintain good ventilation

　　6. Necessary lighting facilities and power sources corresponding to the installed capacity of the equipment should be provided between the devices

　　 7. The equipment room floor should be paved with cement and equipped with a water source and drainage system for flushing.
