Introduction to Simple Sodium Hypochlorite Generator

1. The PVC structure of the host shell, manual acid washing, and automatic backwashing function make the equipment cost lower. Manual acid washing only requires disassembling the electrolytic cell and soaking it in acid solution to clean the electrodes;

Installation of sodium hypochlorite generator:

(1) Equipment positioning: Place the equipment and its various accessories in the equipment room according to the position indicated on the drawing. When placing the equipment, consideration should be given to how to arrange the wires, water pipes and other pipelines conveniently and safely, and minimize bends. The equipment should be placed in a room with good lighting and ventilation, and arranged on a horizontal floor. There should be a maintenance distance of no less than 0.8 meters from the wall around the host. Drainage ditches or floor drains should be installed around the equipment.

(2) Prepare the necessary wires and water pipes according to the drawings

(3) Connect the tap water source to the soft water equipment.

(4) Connect the pipelines between various devices according to the layout plan.

(5) Connect the hydrogen outlet to the outside according to the drawing.

(6) Install the residual chlorine box and probe on the wall, connect the return water from the lower inlet of the probe, and connect the outlet of the probe to the drainage ditch.

After the equipment is installed, it needs to be checked again to check if there are any poor connections in the wires and pipes, and if there are any inappropriate aspects in all aspects of the equipment. After the inspection, debugging should be carried out, and if there are no problems, it can be officially put into use.
