Slow-release sterilizerintroduction

Hechuangzhi Cloud HS series slow-release sterilizer: It is a chemical reaction chlorination process that uses solid agents with a chlorine content of over 75% as the main raw material to generate disinfectant. Through automatic slow-release and delayed pressure chlorination processes, it is added to water tanks, wells, pipelines, and sewage tanks, and fully contacted to achieve sterilization.

Characteristics of slow-release disinfection equipment:

1. Combining traditional water purification processes such as coagulation, sedimentation, and filtration into a single device, which occupies less space and is easy to install.

2. Operation and transformation. It can be fully computer-controlled according to user needs, achieving comprehensive human-machine dialogue. In addition to managing the water pump and dosing system, the equipment automatically processes water intake, coagulation, sedimentation, filtration, effluent, backwashing, and sewage discharge without the need for manual operation.

3. Strong adaptability, stable and reliable effluent quality, sufficient water quantity. When the turbidity of the source water reaches 3000 mg/L, the effluent turbidity can be stabilized below 3 mg/L, meeting the turbidity standard of tap water

Working principle of slow-release sterilizer:

Adopting the dissolution method, automatic slow-release, and pressure chlorination process design, the disinfectant produced by the rational mixing and slow-release of CL solid agents containing more than 80% as the main raw material is put into the required water tank (well) and fully contacted with water for disinfection.

Main raw materials:

TCCA, abbreviated as Strong Chlorine Essence in English, is used as a disinfectant, including disinfectant for drinking water, treatment of swimming pool water, disinfection of infectious disease areas and epidemic areas, disinfection of livestock and poultry, sericulture, preservation and preservation of fruits and vegetables, etc.

Installation and usage instructions for slow-release sterilizer:

1. The inlet water should be connected to the power water, and the water pressure should be below 0.2Mpa. If it exceeds the rated water pressure, a pressure reducing valve must be installed in advance;

2. The outlet water (disinfectant mixture) comes into direct contact with the raw water in the water tank or is connected to the inlet pipe of the water pump;

3. Add medication (CL), remove the top cover, rotate the medication chamber cover, add the required amount of medication, cover and seal;

4. Connect the power supply, turn on the indicator power switch (indicator light on) and start (non powered equipment does not require power);

5. Gradually open the inlet ball valve and adjust the flow rate L/min required for the outlet from small to large;

6. Residual chlorine monitoring: Monitor the residual chlorine in the factory water on the second day, adjust the dosage and flow rate based on the results, and monitor the residual chlorine at the end of the pipeline network three days later.
