In the upgrading and renovation project of Huian County Sewage Treatment Plant in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, our company provided customers with 1 set of PAC dosing equipment, 1 set of sodium hypochlorite dosing equipment, 1 set of PAM dosing equipment, and 1 set of calcium hydroxide dosing equipment. Currently, the project has been successfully completed and officially put into use.

Introduction to Calcium Hydroxide Dosing Equipment

The preparation capacity of calcium hydroxide dosing equipment produced by our company is 100~100000L/h (lotion concentration 2%~10%). The device is mainly composed of material storage system, powder frequency conversion feeding system, lotion preparation system, lotion metering and transportation system, pipeline backwash system and control system.

Introduction to PAC dosing equipment

PAC dosing device is a complete set of dosing system that accurately adds liquid drugs to water. The main workflow is to use a discharge pump to feed or a mixer to dissolve and prepare the solution, store it in a storage tank, and use a metering pump to add and add points to achieve the purpose of flocculation and sedimentation.

PAM dosing equipment is a complete set of dosing devices that mix polyacrylamide particles with water in a certain proportion, cure them, and accurately add them to water.
