Introduction to the treatment process of magnetic flocculation equipment

HC-Mag® It is a new type of water treatment equipment developed and manufactured by our companyprepare,The principle is to add magnetic micro particles to the traditional coagulation and sedimentation processgrain(Namely magneticpowder),sutraPassing the fluffcondense、suckquote、Appendixwearing、Charge absorptionAppendix、framebridge、Net catching and other stepssuddenly,Remove algae from the water bodyclass、Micro suspensionthing、gluebody、Bacteria and other insoluble pollutants are present with magnetic powderEffect Conclusioncombine, synthesize,Eventually forming high-density flocculationbody,Relying on gravity and inclinationpipe(Board))Precipitation sourcereason,Realize rapid precipitation separation of solid and liquidleave.The sludge from the sedimentation tank is pumped back to the magnetic powder sludge separation system for recycling, and the magnetic powder is reused. The separated sludge is discharged into the sludge tank for dewatering treatment.

The following is an introduction to the process of magnetic flocculation treatment technology:

Introduction to the treatment process of magnetic flocculation equipment

As shown in the above figure, from the water inlet to the right are the rapid coagulation zone, magnetic powder mixing zone, flocculation zone, and sedimentation zone.

  • Add PAC to the rapid coagulation zone for double stirring (depending on the depth of the tank to confirm whether it is a double-layer or single-layer stirring blade, depending on the technology), to quickly and evenly disperse the coagulant into the water, facilitate the hydrolysis of the coagulant, fully utilize the coagulant effect, and cause small particles to aggregate;
  • An appropriate amount of magnetic powder is introduced into the magnetic powder mixing zone to facilitate the iron phosphorus chemical reaction and accelerate the sedimentation rate. In addition, the sludge refluxed from the bottom of the sedimentation zone is also pumped into the magnetic powder mixing zone to increase the concentration of flocs, improve the utilization rate of chemicals, and enable the magnetic powder in the system to be more effectively recycled;
  • The addition of PAM in the flocculation zone is to gradually form larger flocs of small particles, facilitating solid-liquid separation and effectively removing suspended substances and colloids in water.
  • After passing through the flocculation zone, the sewage flows into the sedimentation zone. The sedimentation zone utilizes the principle of "shallow sedimentation" of inclined tube packing, using inclined tubes to increase the surface hydraulic load of the sedimentation zone. The flow direction of sewage in the sedimentation zone is upward, with particles settling and settling at the bottom of the pool. The scraper plate of the central drive scrapes the sludge at the bottom of the pool towards the pool and drops it into the mud hopper. The sludge extracted by the reflux pump from the mud hopper and sent to the magnetic powder mixing zone is called circulating sludge. The remaining sludge is pumped back to the magnetic separator for magnetic particle recycling, and then sent to the sludge treatment workshop.
