Integrated sodium hypochlorite generator

This is a case site with two installed sodium hypochlorite generators.

Sodium hypochlorite generator is used for on-site preparation of sodium hypochlorite solution. The on-site preparation process mainly utilizes water, electricity, and food grade salt to prepare low concentration sodium hypochlorite solution on site through electrolysis. The on-site preparation system of sodium hypochlorite consists of soft water preparation, salt dissolution tank, sodium hypochlorite generator and supporting power supply, sodium hypochlorite storage and safe hydrogen discharge linkage system, sodium hypochlorite dosing system, and control system. The prepared sodium hypochlorite solution and a small amount of hydrogen gas enter the dehydrogenation system, and low concentration hydrogen is discharged by blowing fresh air with a centrifugal fan. The sodium hypochlorite solution enters the storage tank and is waiting to be added. Throughout the entire process, only the addition of raw edible salt requires manual operation. The system can operate continuously without interruption or automatically adjust the working time according to changes in chlorine demand.
