Fully automatic enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analyzer: a precise detection tool in the field of life sciences, Hold
Date: 2025-11-24Read: 9

In the fields of life sciences, clinical testing, and pharmaceutical research and development, fully automated enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) analyzers have become key equipment for promoting scientific breakthroughs and clinical diagnosis due to their full wavelength coverage, multi-mode detection, and high-throughput analysis capabilities. It accurately captures optical signals and converts the characteristics of biomolecules into quantifiable data, providing reliable support for experimental research, disease diagnosis, and drug development.

Technical principle: "Dialogue code" between optical signals and biomolecules
The core principle of the fully automatic enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) analyzer is based on the photoelectric colorimetric method or spectrophotometry, which achieves quantitative analysis of biomolecules by detecting the absorption, fluorescence emission, or chemiluminescence intensity of specific wavelengths of light in the sample. The workflow can be divided into the following steps:
Light source and monochromator system: The instrument is equipped with a xenon lamp or halogen lamp as the light source, emitting a continuous wavelength beam of light. Decompose composite light into monochromatic light of a single wavelength using a grating monochromator, with a wavelength range covering(190-1100 nm)Up to the near-infrared region (about 1000nm), the accuracy can reach ± 1nm.
Sample detection and signal capture: Monochromatic light is vertically irradiated onto the sample solution in a microplate, and the biomolecules in the sample (such as nucleic acids, proteins, enzyme reaction products) absorb light of a specific wavelength. The unabsorbed light penetrates the sample and is captured by a photodetector (such as a photomultiplier tube PMT or a photodiode array PDA), which converts it into an electrical signal.
Data processing and result output: After pre amplification, logarithmic amplification, and analog-to-digital conversion, the electrical signal is processed by an embedded computer system to generate data such as absorbance curves and concentration calibration curves. The instrument software supports functions such as standard curve fitting, blank correction, sample statistics, and can export data reports that comply with GLP/GMP specifications.
Core advantage: Multi dimensional improvement of detection efficiency and accuracy
1. Full wavelength coverage and flexible detection: Traditional enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) analyzers usually only support fixed wavelengths(190-1100 nm)The fully automatic enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analyzer achieves continuous wavelength adjustment through a grating monochromator, and can adapt to different experimental needs without changing the filter.
2. Multi mode detection capability: The instrument integrates multiple detection modes such as light absorption, fluorescence, chemiluminescence, time-resolved fluorescence (TRF), fluorescence polarization (FP), etc., covering the entire scene from basic nucleic acid quantification to protein interaction research.
3. High throughput and automation design: The fully automatic enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) analyzer supports detection on 96 well, 384 well, and even 1536 well microplates, combined with a mechanically driven sample stage to achieve automatic injection, with detection speeds up to milliseconds.
4. Environmental control and stability assurance: Equipped with a temperature control module (accuracy ± 0.1 ℃) and long-term oscillation function, it can simulate the internal environment of organisms and achieve long-term cell culture or microbial growth curve analysis.
