The phenomenon of algal blooms caused by excessive proliferation of blue-green algae has become a core challenge in global water ecological governance. With its high-precision and real-time monitoring capabilities, the Blue Scenery Online blue-green algae detector has become a key warning tool for scenes such as lakes, reservoirs, and drinking water sources. To ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment, a systematic maintenance plan needs to be established, covering four core modules: daily cleaning, component maintenance, precision calibration, and environmental adaptation.
1、 Daily cleaning: prevent pollution before it occurs
As the core component of the detector, sensors are prone to surface adhesion of impurities such as algae and sediment, which directly affect the accuracy of fluorescence signal acquisition. It is recommended to use a soft bristled brush dipped in clean water to gently wipe the sensor window daily to remove floating algae and biofilm; If encountering stubborn oil stains or calcified layers, neutral cleaning agents and diluents can be used to assist in cleaning, but corrosive reagents should be avoided from damaging the coating. For image detection equipment, the lens needs to be wiped with dust-free lens paper every week to prevent dust from blocking and causing image recognition errors; The sampling pipeline needs to be rinsed with clean water every month, and residual impurities in the pipeline should be washed away by continuous water flow. If it is blocked, a soft plastic brush can be used to clear it.
2、 Component maintenance: Extend equipment lifespan
The optical module (light source, detector, filter) needs to be checked for status every month. When the brightness of the light source attenuates or flickers, it is necessary to replace the same model components in a timely manner; When the detector signal output is abnormal, it is necessary to check the circuit connection and calibrate the sensitivity; Clean the filter with a dust-free soft cloth dipped in alcohol every quarter to avoid mold and wavelength shift. Sampling pumps (such as peristaltic pumps) need to be checked for operating status every month, and submersible pumps need to be cleaned of external water plants and checked for cable damage every quarter; The inlet filter screen needs to be cleaned monthly to prevent impurities from blocking and causing a decrease in pumping efficiency. The power supply system needs to check the voltage stability every week, and replace the backup battery in a timely manner when the power is insufficient to avoid data loss caused by power outages.
3、 Accuracy calibration: ensuring reliable data
Perform monthly zero point calibration using ultrapure water or0.22μmThe water sample filtered by the filter membrane is used as a blank sample. After immersing the detection probe, the calibration function is activated; Perform range calibration using standard blue-green algae solution every quarter, select concentration standard solutions covering commonly used detection ranges, and correct the calibration curve. The image detection instrument needs to calibrate the counting accuracy with a standard counting board every six months, and adjust the algorithm parameters by comparing the instrument and manual counting results. In addition, actual water samples need to be collected every six months for laboratory comparison. If the deviation exceeds the allowable range, recalibration or troubleshooting of components is required.
4、 Environmental adaptation: Dealing with complex working conditions
Outdoor equipment should be equipped with waterproof and dustproof boxes, and the sealing of the box doors should be checked weekly to prevent rainwater from seeping in; The desiccant inside the box should be replaced every month to prevent the circuit from getting damp due to high humidity environment. Insulation measures should be checked in low-temperature areas during winter to prevent water pipes from freezing and cracking; Ensure that the cooling fan operates normally during high temperatures in summer to prevent the instrument from overheating and shutting down. The software system needs to be regularly upgraded according to the manufacturer's instructions, with data backup before the upgrade, and core functions such as testing, calibration, and data transmission tested after the upgrade to ensure compatibility.
pass“Daily anti fouling, regular maintenance, precise calibration, and environmental adaptation”The four in one maintenance plan of the Blueview online blue-green algae detector can achieve long-term stable operation, providing solid technical support for water eutrophication warning and ecological protection. The operation and maintenance personnel need to develop a detailed maintenance plan, flexibly adjust it based on the equipment manual and actual working conditions, to ensure that each set of data can accurately reflect the health status of the water body.
