1. Working principle

The ZWD series mini tuning fork level switch vibrates the tuning fork at a certain resonance frequency through a pair of piezoelectric crystals installed on the tuning fork base. When the tuning fork of the tuning fork level switch comes into contact with the measured medium, the frequency and amplitude of the tuning fork will change. These changes are detected, processed, and converted into a switch signal by an intelligent circuit.

2. Characteristics

The ZWD series mini tuning fork level switch comes with an intelligent circuit and up to 2 SPDT high-power relays. Suitable for light and easy to flow solids. There are multiple output forms, including 2-wire AC, 2-wire DC, and 3-wire PNP/NPN transistors. Easy installation and maintenance free. The work is independent of the conductivity, dielectric constant, viscosity, pressure, and temperature of the liquid.
