As a key equipment for industrial temperature measurement, the integrated dual branch temperature transmitter can accurately convert temperature signals into standard signal outputs and is widely used in multiple industries. However, to ensure its measurement accuracy and long-term stable operation, there are some important precautions to keep in mind during use.
In the installation process, it is necessary to choose a suitable installation location. It is advisable to avoid installing the transmitter in areas with strong vibrations, electromagnetic interference, or excessive temperature fluctuations. Strong vibrations may cause damage to internal components of the transmitter, affecting measurement accuracy; Electromagnetic interference may cause deviation in the output signal. At the same time, during installation, it is necessary to ensure that the transmitter is in full contact with the measured medium to ensure the accuracy of the measurement. For example, when measuring the temperature of a fluid inside a pipeline, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature sensing part is completely immersed in the fluid.
The wiring operation must be strictly carried out in accordance with the product manual. Integrated dual branch temperature transmitters usually use a two-wire output, and the power supply should be cut off before wiring to prevent short circuits and electric shock accidents. When wiring, pay attention to the specifications and types of cables to ensure that they meet the requirements of the transmitter. Incorrect wiring may result in abnormal signal transmission and even damage to the transmitter.
In daily use, it is necessary to calibrate the transmitter regularly. Due to environmental factors and usage time, the measurement accuracy of the transmitter may drift. Regular calibration can promptly detect and correct such deviations, ensuring the accuracy of measurement data. The calibration cycle can be determined based on actual usage and product instructions.
Also pay attention to the protection level of the transmitter. If the transmitter is installed in a humid, dusty, or corrosive gas environment, ensure that its protection level meets the requirements. Regularly check whether the transmitter casing is damaged, whether the sealing is good, and prevent moisture, dust, etc. from entering the interior and affecting equipment performance.
When the ambient temperature is high, if an integrated installation is used, it is necessary to ensure good ventilation conditions in the installation environment to avoid damage to the transmitter due to overheating. If necessary, a separate (isolated) installation method can be used.
In addition, appropriate tools and methods should be used during maintenance and repair to avoid mechanical damage to the transmitter. If a malfunction is found in the transmitter, it should be promptly repaired by professional personnel and should not be disassembled by oneself.
Only by correctly using and maintaining the integrated dual branch temperature transmitter, following relevant precautions, can it ensure that it is always in good working condition and provide accurate and reliable temperature measurement data for industrial production.
