Please follow the operating procedures and precautions in this manual when using.

• The instrument can work normally in general situations. If the malfunction of the instrument may cause major accidents or damage to other equipment, it is necessary to set upEmergency stop circuitandProtection circuit，Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for any consequences caused.

• This instrument only has one electrode input terminal, and PH should be installed when selecting PH mode Electrode, OPR electrode should be installed in ORP mode.
• To ensure better measurement, the shelf life of glass electrodes is one year. After one year from the factory, their performance will be affected regardless of whether they are used or not, and they should be replaced in a timely manner.
• The pH electrode for secondary use or long-term disuse must be soaked in a 3mol/L solution for 24 hours before use.
• Please preheat the instrument for at least half an hour before performing calibration work.
• When measuring, it should be washed in distilled water (or deionized water) first, and dried with filter paper to prevent impurities from entering the measured liquid.

  PHG-2091The pH/oxidation-reduction online analyzer is one of the intelligent online chemical analysis instruments, widely used for continuous monitoring of pH or OPR values and temperature in solutions such as thermal power, chemical fertilizers, metallurgy, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, food, and tap water.

  Continuous monitoring data can be remotely transmitted and recorded through a transmission output connected to a recorder. It can also be connected to an RS485 interface and conveniently connected to a computer through the MODBUS-RTU protocol for monitoring and recording.
