Button Instructions

The functional touch keys are located at the bottom and right side of the interface.

Pollutant discharge:Used to discharge the water sample from the instrument;

Storage:In the measurement interface, store the current displayed value;

Menu:You can access options such as instrument parameter settings and instrument calibration;

Printing:If equipped with a printer, it can print the current test data;

Timer (1-3):Function, used for color display timing. After the time is reset to "0", there will be a sound prompt;

blank calibration:Eliminate accumulated errors in the instrument. It is recommended to perform a blank calibration once a day before use.

Function menu and settings

1. Pollution discharge

Used for measuring and calibrating the discharge of test water samples. After clicking the "Discharge" button, the discharge valve opens. The prompt area displays' Discharging '. The discharge time starts, and after the time is reset to zero, the discharge valve closes and the prompt disappears.

In the interface shown in Figure 5.3.1, simply press the "Save" button to save the current data on the instrument. The prompt area displays' Storage successful '

blank calibration

It is recommended to perform a blank calibration once a day during normal use of the instrument to eliminate instrument errors.

In the interface shown in Figure 5.3.3, click the "Blank Calibration" button to enter the calibration interface. According to the Chinese prompt on the interface, use high-purity water to clean the colorimetric dish by injecting and draining through the sample cup. Then, inject an appropriate amount of high-purity water again and wait for the voltage value to stabilize before clicking the "confirm" button to complete the calibration.
