CZ-L long rod online concentration meter is widely used in mechanical processing, mining selection, underground support and other fields. Used for detecting the weight percentage concentration of water-soluble mining emulsions, it provides great convenience for accurately preparing emulsion liquefaction liquids.

Instructions for Use

• Used at altitudes below 2000 meters (altitude)

• The instrument is used indoors;

• The operating environment temperature is between 10 ℃ and 60 ℃;

• Do not suddenly change the ambient temperature of the instrument;

• Do not place the instrument in areas with large amounts of dust and strong vibrations when using it;

• Do not place the instrument in damp places;

• Do not install the instrument in direct sunlight or place heavy objects on the instrument;

• Near the heating source;

• Do not install in environments with high dust or exposure to corrosive gases;

Regular/scheduled maintenance (can be operated through a cleaning device): wipe the glass of the concentration meter probe clean, add 0.3mL of tap water, and if the test value is not equal to 4mA, short-circuit the reset line to reset.

The concentration meter used for measuring high temperature, corrosive media, or operating under vibration conditions should be calibrated every six months. After 5 years of operation, the concentration meter should undergo an insulation resistance test, and the insulation resistance should be above 500M Ω.
