High temperature online concentration meter

High temperature online concentration meters are widely used in fields such as mechanical processing, mining selection, and underground support. Used for detecting the weight percentage concentration of water-soluble mining emulsions, it provides great convenience for accurately preparing emulsion liquefaction liquids.

Instructions for Use

• Used at altitudes below 2000 meters (altitude)

• The instrument is used indoors;

• The operating environment temperature is between 10 ℃ and 60 ℃;

• Do not suddenly change the ambient temperature of the instrument;

• Do not place the instrument in areas with large amounts of dust and strong vibrations when using it;

• Do not place the instrument in damp places;

• Do not install the instrument in direct sunlight or place heavy objects on the instrument;

• Near the heating source;

• Do not install in environments with high dust or exposure to corrosive gases;

Regular/scheduled maintenance (can be operated through a cleaning device): wipe the glass of the concentration meter probe clean, add 0.3mL of tap water, and if the test value is not equal to 4mA, short-circuit the reset line to reset.

The concentration meter used for measuring high temperature, corrosive media, or operating under vibration conditions should be calibrated every six months. After 5 years of operation, the concentration meter should undergo an insulation resistance test, and the insulation resistance should be above 500M Ω.
