Installation precautions

1. This product is an explosion-proof type. If there are any quality problems with the product, it is recommended that the manufacturer be responsible for repairing it. When special circumstances require maintenance, it should be carried out by professional certified personnel.

2. During use and maintenance, the specifications, names, models, and parameters of intrinsic safety circuits and electrical components related to intrinsic safety circuits shall not be changed. Associated equipment is listed in the appendix, and intrinsic safety associated equipment shall not be connected to other monosodium glutamate joint inspection equipment.

3. During use, pay attention to reliable circuit connections and correct wiring methods.

4. Do not directly squeeze the sensor diaphragm with hard objects to avoid damaging the sensor.

During the transportation, installation, and use of sensors, they should not be dropped or placed randomly to avoid damage.

6. The product has a one-year warranty period and a one-year verification period. It is covered by warranty and replacement for damages not caused by improper use by the user.

During transportation, sensors should be packed in appropriate packaging boxes and appropriate measures should be taken to avoid damage caused by rain, snow, strong vibration, and impact.

8. Sensors should be stored in a well ventilated, acid free, alkali free, and non corrosive gas free warehouse with an ambient temperature of -40~60 ℃ and a relative humidity of less than 95% RH.
