Installation precautions for SPA SPB SPC SPZ temperature resistant V-belt

1. The model of the V-belt should be consistent with the groove shape of the pulley, and avoid making mistakes;

2. Before installation, if the center to center distance between the two axes is adjustable, the center to center distance should be shortened first. After installing the V-belt, adjust the center to center distance as required; If the center distance between the two axes cannot be adjusted, one V-belt can be inserted into the groove first, and the other pulley can be rotated to install the V-belt. The same method can be used to install a set of V-belts.

3. During installation, it is prohibited to use tools to forcefully pry or pull on the triangular strap to prevent it from elongating or becoming too loose or tight. The correct inspection method is to apply a vertical pressure of about 2 kilograms in the middle of each tape by hand, with a suitable sinking amount of (20-30) millimeters. If it is not suitable, it should be adjusted in a timely manner.

4. Do not mix old and new. When two or more triangular belts need to be replaced, the specified model of triangular belt should be selected, and the tightness of each group of triangular belts should be consistent. It is not allowed to mix old and new or reduce the number of belts used. Otherwise, the force on the new and old triangular belts will be uneven, and even the old triangular belt will not work, affecting power transmission and shortening the life of the newly installed triangular belt.
